Job Title: RCI-Restoration, Construction, and Industrial-CDL Driver and Service Technician

Location: Denver, CO

Position Objectives: Ally Equipment is currently hiring for a CDL Driver and service technician to join our RCI Services team in Denver. The most qualified candidate will have a current CDl license and driving experience, as wll as the ability to provide general maintenance and sercie to our customers in the field.

Our RCI equipment ranges from temporary dehumidifiers, HVAC equipment, and portable generators. The ideal candidate will have basic electrical, mechanical, HVAC skills and general knowledge of the equipment rental business.

Scope and Responsibilities: The Technician postion for Ally Equipment Rentall is responsible fore supporting the day to day operations at the branch as well as responding to our equipment and customers in the field. Functions include:

• Be on call to provide on-site service response to customer needs and equipment troubleshoot 24/7-365
• Preventative maintenance of diesel generators, HVAC equipment, and perform repairs as needed
• Delivery and set up of rental equipment on multiple job sites, completing equipment breakdown and transfer from site to office
• Equipment breakdown and pick up when off rent. Perform quality  inspections on equipment before preparation for next rental (cleaning, maintenance, repairs)
• Be on call to haul CDL loads to other branches/locations as necessary and follow all Company, State and Federal driving guidlines
• Achieving accurate and timely compliance with all transactional documents processes and procedures
• Ensure customer satisfation, through effective communication with customers and supervisor
• Meet all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements and best practices
• perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or authorized personal

 Personal Characteristics:

• An organized individual, capable of multi tasking and intent on driving tasks to completion
• Ambitious self starter, with willingness to work the necessary hours to effectively execute the job responsibilities
• Customer-facing experience and the proven ability to win
• Experience in teh field operations functions invluding service response, equipment set up and break down, product maintenance and documentation
• A CDL Class A with experience
• A High School diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
• Computer skills. Proficieny in Microsoft Office (outlook, Excel,workd) or ERP system
• Current, clean driver's license, with formal training for defensive driving, OSHA 40, HAZWOPER. Able to lift equipment weighing up to 75 pounds

 Job Title: Field Service Technician

 Job Summary: The most qualified candidate would have the ability to provide service work on rental equipment at the yard site or in the field. Our equipment ranges from skid houses, generators, light towers, and volume pumps to sewer tanks, water tanks, and satellite systems. If you have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, along with a steady work history and good driving record, we would be interested in speaking with you.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Delivers and sets up equipment at all job locations, for example, water system, sewer system, satellite television, and generator/light plant.
• Retrieves all equipment from job locations that have stopped rent.
• Transport equipment to new location and rests up in original format.
• Responds to all service calls.
• Completes electrical service tie-in rig or generator power.
• Install and replace home appliances, furniture, and equipment as necessary.
• Performs service work on the truck, for example, fuel filter changes and minor repairs.
• Writes Job Safety Report,  a formal report that lists potential hazards at a location.
• Legibly fill out maintenance reports and time sheets.
• Other duties assigned.

Job Summary: Ally Equipment Rental is rapidly emerging as the premier specialized rental service company, providing dedicated service and auxiliary rental equipment support for disaster recovery services. We have openings for experienced field technicians in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will have:

• Basic Electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC skills and general knowledge of the Equipment Rental industry
• Responsible for supporting day to day operations at our branch, and ensure rapid response to customer needs 24/7/365
• Possess good customer service skills to effectively communicate equipment issues with customers and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform safety inspections on equipment and maintain work vehicles and work area as necessary to maintain a safe work environment
• Conduct preventative maintenance when needed
• Meet all company, governmental and equipment related safety requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or authorized personnel 
• Achieving compliance with company processes and procedures 

 To be considered, you need to be:

• Organized, ambitious self-starter, customer service oriented, have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office or ERP System
• A clean driving record and able to pass a drug test, able to lift up to 75 pounds,OSHA and HAZWOPER  are additional requirement
• Ability to function without close supervision, take responsibility for ongoing self-development and foster a positive attitude
• Talent for identifying customer's needs and responding to those needs effectively
• Willingness to work necessary hours to effectively execute the job responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to build effective interpersonal relationships both externaly and internally
• Experience with operating a fork lift, towing trailers and generators is a plus
• Experience in set up of temporary dehumidification, air-conditiong, heat, and power distribution is a plus

Generator Technician w/ CDL (Houston)

We have an opening in our Houston Branch office for a multi-faceted individual. This mature individual needs to be hard-working, reliable, self-starting and be able to travel.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Preventative maintenance and repairs to generators and/or HVAC drying equipment.
• Trouble-shooting generator, HVAC and drying equipment problems out in the field.
• Towing equipment to job sites, equipment set up and proper hook up on job sites.
• Supervising and monitoring equipment on job sites. 

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Experience with diesel engines and/or HVAC and desiccant equipment.
• CDL License and excellent driving record.
• Good interpersonal communication skills and commitment to team effort.
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
• "Safety First" attitude.
• Must be willing to travel!
